With over 15 years of exposure to various engineering companies in India after completing a B.E in Mechanical Engineering from MSU, Baroda, joining L&T was a moment of delight, says Mihir Buch.
He believes that the excellent working environment and the support from co-L&Tites shall help him emerge as a leader at work. Maintaining a work-life balance is his ultimate objective.
Mihir enjoys reading success stories of eminent men and likes driving. He has never missed participating in the ‘Blind Man Car Rally’ year on year.
