Suresh Kumar R is a Mechanical Engineer from Velammal Engineering College, Chennai. “Joining this company is the biggest achievement of mine”, says Suresh.

His interests are towards painting, playing volleyball and listening to music. He is ambitious towards becoming a design engineer.

Born in Cochin and brought up in Chennai, Sachin T Prabhu is a Mechanical Engineer from Panimalar Engineering College. “I feel blessed for having been placed in L&T through my campus.  I always wanted to work for a core engineering company”, says Sachin.

Sachin aspires to excel in each of his activities and feels that the various systems and procedures in L&T would fine-tune his skills, make him a good manager and good human being. He is a lover of sports and follows of the English Premier League passionately. He enjoys playing badminton, football and also likes music.

With over 15 years of exposure to various engineering companies in India after completing a B.E in Mechanical Engineering from MSU, Baroda, joining L&T was a moment of delight, says Mihir Buch.
 
He believes that the excellent working environment and the support from co-L&Tites shall help him emerge as a leader at work. Maintaining a work-life balance is his ultimate objective. 
 
Mihir enjoys reading success stories of eminent men and likes driving. He has never missed participating in the ‘Blind Man Car Rally’ year on year.

At leisure, Lokesh enjoys playing cricket, shuttle, chess, and sketching.

Benjamin Karunakaran, graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from KCG College of Technology (Affiliated to Anna University) Chennai in June 2008 and joined Larsen &Toubro’s Valves Business Group in December 2008.

Benjamin is a guitarist and enjoys playing contemporary music with music bands around the city. He also enjoys reading and theatre.

With a B.E. Mechanical degree from Padre Conciecao College Of Engineering, Goa says “starting my career with a reputed company such as L&T is a great achievement. Being associated with such a company was an occasion of pride and gratification”, says Anand Lotlikar.

Anand was born, brought up and educated in Goa. He is interested in sketching, painting and coin collection. Anand also enjoys dancing, listening to music, biking and playing caroms.

As Anand begins his career in L&T, he says that he aspires to excel in each and every task given to him. “I believe in facing life as it comes”, says Anand.
