“The harder I work the more I live.” said George Bernard Shaw and Mr. Murugan who completes 30 years of meritorious service at LTJVCL is synonymous with this statement. From being a specialist at the Welding and Heat Treatment Shop of Audco India Limited in 1979, he is today at LTVJCL, responsible of the development & establishment of welding and heat treatment process, with his experience and expertise.
In the early days of his carrier, he was involved in the establishment of MIG Welding, Submerged Arc Welding and Plasma processing for the manufacture of industrial valves. Later, he managed the production of GGC valves at the Manapakkam plant.
In Dec 08, he was transferred to L&T for a deputation at Larsen & Toubro (Jiangsu) Valve Company Limited at China.
He completed 30 years of long meritorious service on 29th Feb 2009 and we congratulate him for this achievement.
